We are a leading Engineering Company, pioneer in Pump Industry with a history of over 60 years of manufacturing Pumps, Motors, Generators, Hydel Systems and Switchgears. Now on a growth path, with orders worth Rs. 400 crores and the privilege of executing the largest irrigation project in the country, we are fast expanding. For our Pumps, Hydro Power & Projects Division, we have immediate vacancies for:
Manager Business Development Position Code: jlbm
  • Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 8-12 years experience of marketing Capital Equipment, preferably Pumps / Hydro Turbines / Motors to Public Sector and State Govt.
  • Should be well versed with Tendering and Negotiation processes.
  • Should possess excellent communication / presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience of bagging orders under competitive conditions.
  • Computer Savvy with knowledge of presentation tools.
  • Should be willing to travel extensively.
 Manager Design Position Code: JLMD 
  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 8-12 years experience of Design and development of Pumps / Hydro Turbines.
  • Extensive knowledge of Fluid Machinery & Strength of Material.
  • Ability to specify choice of material / grade for ensuring efficiencies and life of products.
  • Knowledge of modern tools like Pro-E / ANSYS.
  • Preference for those with knowledge of machine tools, metallurgy and machining processes.
 Project Manager (Mechanical) 2 positions  Position code :JLPMM
  • Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 8-12 years of experience in execution of medium / large projects related to Pumps / Hydro Turbines / Power Stations.
  • Should have demonstrated experience of tendering and techno-commercial negotiations.
  • Should be computer savvy with knowledge of project management tools
Asstt. Manager Projects (Mechanical) 2 positions Position code:JLAPMM
  • Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in execution of medium / large projects related to Pumps / Hydro Turbines/Power Stations.
  • Should have demonstrated experience of tendering and techno-commercial negotiations.
  • Should be computer savvy with knowledge of project management tools.
Assistant Manager Projects (Electrical) Position code: JLAPME
  • Graduate Electrical Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in execution of projects with full responsibility of 'Electrical works' related to projects being overseen by the Project Manager (Mech.).
  • Computer savvy with knowledge of project monitoring tools.
bullet All the above positions are headquartered at Vadodara (Head office of the Company) but would warrant frequent visits to the project sites and customer locations.
