| In the area of hydro-turbines, we have entered into MOU with Turbo Institute of Slovania, for purchase of critical turbine sub-assemblies as well as technology on a case-to-case basis. For large Hydro Turbines, company has technical co-operation with CKD Blansko Engineering, CzechRepublic. In some cases, Jyoti has also transferred its technology to other companies. Jyoti has transferred its switchgear technology to M/s. Jyoti Sohar Switchgear LLC, which is a joint venture company at Oman. |

| The Company has entered into agreement with Elmecon for design and development of Ring Main Unit (RMU) for domestic and export market. Elmecon is a design firm based in UK and undertakes contract design and development projects all over the world. |

| The Company has a Tip-up with ABB for Vacuum Interrupters which will be useful for redusing delivery time and provide alternative to imported Vacuum Interrupters. |

Designed, Engineered, Manu-factured and tested Largest rating Vertical Motor of rating : 2250 kW (3000hp) 6600 Volts, 595 r.p.m. (10-Pole), Vertical - Mounting with Closed-Air-Circuit-Air-Cooled (C.A.C.A.) for Lift - Irrigation Schemes. Latest design techniques were used to achieve enery efficient design combined with low-noise and vibration levels and optimizes material content and process time. Improvement in assembly, tolerances and clearances were achieved through latest state-of-the-art software like Pro/Engineer.
