Jyoti's saga of hydro turbines began way back in early 60's. The first Project to install was a 4 X 50 kW project with Francis turbines of a design head of 23 m head at Himachal Pradesh in 1961.

With fully established & recognized R&D Centre, developed various hydraulic models on its own and upgraded the product range.
